Our goal as members of this association, working on behalf of this lawful community, is to promote the safety and wellbeing of our neighbors to the best of our abilities. In pursuit of that goal - we, as private citizens and neighbors, shall participate in and take responsibility for our communal and personal safety. We encourage all residents to report any instances of concern in order to properly document and safeguard our community. We thank the deputies of our Sheriff's Department for their diligence and commitment to protect and serve.

We are grateful to be bordered by the Coastal Oaks Preserve and Harmony Oaks Conservation Area. These trails are open to the public and offer a beautiful escape into nature. Please respect the areas and the purpose they serve as habitats for hundreds of wildlife species - "take only memories, leave only footprints".
Coastal Oaks is maintained by the Indian River Land Trust and the entrance is located in the North East corner of the neighborhood, at the end of 19th St SE. Harmony Oaks is maintained by Indian River County and the entrance is located in the South West corner of the neighborhood, at the end of 4th Ave SE. If you witness any excessive littering, squatting, or destruction of environment - please report your findings!

As an HOA, we follow Indian River County's code enforcement guidelines for maintaining residential properties.
