Vero Shores Owners Association is a non-profit corporation in Indian River County, chartered by the State of FL. Membership in the Owners Association is voluntary but strongly encouraged.
Association dues are only $60 per year, but offer a lot of value to the community!
The purpose of the Association is to promote a friendly, beautiful, and vigorous community.

The palm trees and vegetation that welcome homeowners and their guests are maintained by a group of volunteers as well as hired landscapers. Dues pay for the sprinkler system, pump, fertilization, lighting, removal/replacement of trees (when needed), and grooming of the front entrance.
The association hosts spring and fall events that promote community unity and fun-filled memories.
Care and beautification of community entrances, common areas, and County Right-of-ways. Utility bills associated with common areas.
